1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and kkonline ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the kkonline platform — whether via the website, Android or iOS mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy kkonline, both of which form part of your overall agreement with our platform.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the kkonline platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years on the date of registration.
• Be an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling platforms under applicable laws or regulations.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each member is only permitted to hold one account only at kkonline. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended and account balances forfeited. kkonline reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure that the information provided is accurate and valid.

The kkonline KYC verification process requires you to submit a copy of a valid identity card or passport, proof of current address (within 3 months), and in some cases, proof of the payment method used. This process is an industry standard designed to protect all members from fraud and to ensure the overall security of the kkonline platform.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Kkonline accepts a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored specifically for users in Malaysia. All financial transactions on the kkonline platform are processed through secure channels fully integrated with the local banking network.

Deposit Policy: The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. All deposits are processed instantly and funds will be credited to your account within 5 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the bank. kkonline does not charge any processing fees on member deposits.

Withdrawal Policy: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request. Withdrawal requests will be processed by the kkonline finance team within 5 to 15 minutes for standard withdrawals to local Malaysia bank accounts. First-time withdrawals for new members may take slightly longer due to the standard security verification process conducted by kkonline to protect all parties.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same member's name.
• Kkonline reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the KYC process is fully completed.
• Any suspected fraudulent withdrawal attempt will be blocked and investigated.
• There is no limit on the number of daily withdrawals, but a daily withdrawal amount limit may apply depending on account level.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Kkonline offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to registered members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements (rollover requirements) set specifically for each offer and clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

Wagering requirements mean you must place bets totalling a specified amount relative to the bonus value received before any bonus funds or winnings derived from those bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, if the wagering requirement is 10x and you receive a RM 50 bonus, you must place bets totalling RM 500 before a withdrawal is permitted.

5 Member Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

As a kkonline member, you agree to use this platform in a responsible, fair, and lawful manner. The following are strictly prohibited on the kkonline platform:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to access or play on the kkonline platform.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including game manipulation, payment fraud or unauthorized collusion between players.
• Using the kkonline platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Distributing obscene, defamatory, threatening or otherwise unlawful content through the platform.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or carrying out any cyberattack against kkonline systems.

Kkonline reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

6 Account Security & Password

You are fully responsible for keeping your kkonline account login credentials secure. kkonline recommends using a strong password (at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols) and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of protection.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your password has been compromised, please contact the kkonline support team immediately. kkonline will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that occurs due to a member's negligence in safeguarding their account information.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Kkonline reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time and without prior notice if there is a breach of the terms and conditions stated in this document. In the event of account closure due to a breach, account balances involved in fraudulent or abusive activity may be forfeited.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the kkonline customer support team. All valid remaining funds will be returned to the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe once standard security checks are completed.

In the context of Responsible Gaming, members may apply for a temporary or permanent account suspension via the self-exclusion panel in their account without providing any reason. For more information, please refer to the Responsible Gaming section.

8 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, kkonline and its affiliated companies, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Unexpected service interruptions or system downtime.
• Technical errors, internet connection disruptions or user device issues.
• Wagering losses arising from legitimate game outcomes.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.

Kkonline strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times; however, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions. In the event of a serious disruption, kkonline will endeavour to notify members as soon as possible and restore the service in the shortest time possible.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the kkonline platform, including but not limited to logos, branding, text, graphics, user interfaces, images, software code, and databases, is the intellectual property of kkonline or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, modify, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the kkonline platform without first obtaining written permission from kkonline.

10 Amendment of Terms & Update Notice

Kkonline reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notices, registered email, or official announcements on the kkonline website.

The date of the most recent amendment will always be displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the kkonline platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amendment, you have the right to close your account before the new terms take effect.

11 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the kkonline platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and kkonline within 30 days from the date the dispute arises.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on all parties.

The kkonline platform operates for users in Malaysia and all members are responsible for ensuring that their use complies with the local laws applicable in their region of residence.
